WineFest Policy: WineFest and the town of St Michaels remind us that this event, including both the cruise and festival portion, allows RESPONSIBLE DRINKING ONLY. The appearance of public intoxication will result in the loss of the privilege of participating in WineFest. In accordance with our hosts’ policy, visibly intoxicated individuals may jeopardize their return trip aboard the boat as well. No alcohol or outside beverages will be permitted onboard and Watermark will check all bags at check-in. All guests must have a valid photo ID and we will check all IDs before boarding. Pet Policy for this Cruise: Please be aware dogs are NOT allowed on this cruise. Pets are prohibited on the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum campus during events.

Any cruise may be canceled because of severe weather, mechanical breakdown or lack of participation.
